ERIN'S FIRST REPORT: Elsa adopted!- This is a wonderful home. In one of the photos you can't see their big bouncy 5-year-old Weimaraner, Ike,, who loves Elsa,. who at first was a little timid of all the new surroundings but not too bad. She was getting more comfortable by the time we left. Great home. They are used to big dogs and all the safety issues of having two dogs, etc. Also, the heartguard they have is the appropriate size--a plus!

ERIN'S SECOND REPORT: Noel adopted!- David has gone to get a crate for this nice single lady, a hospice nurse, with two kitties, who can come home and let Noel out often. Noel likes the kitty toys, and she didn't chase the cats, who are now hiding ...

Marsha reports: Steady flow of people at Adoption Day. Surprise, application brought back on Snapper from 3/19 Adoption Day! Home visit Sunday!
 
Adoption Day was steady Saturday, and then I got a surprise in the late afternoon. The lady who had taken an application home for Snapper on March 19th actually brought it back! It looks good and the Home Visit is Sunday at two p.m. I am torn about Snapper possibly going to a new home. We've had him since he was a few weeks old, and now he is four. I may cry.
